Delivery Information

What are the charges for delivery?

All our creations are inclusive of delivery except for Restricted areas as noted below.

Our Scheduled Delivery Hours

Mondays - Saturdays anytime from A) 10am-6pm or B) 6pm-9pm. Kindly state in the check out box which time slot ( A or B ) and our couriers will deliver anytime between your selected timeslot. Should you wish to have your florals delivered within 3 hours grace period, there will be an additional fee of $18.

Restricted Areas

An additional $18 surcharge will be imposed for the following areas due to the time required to gain access/security clearance into these areas.

1. Sentosa Island
2. Changi Airport Area
3. Tuas Area
4. Jurong Island
5. Sembawang Shipyard
6. All Army camps
7. All PSA Ports

What if the delivery timings are unsuitable for me / I need an order delivered urgently?

If you need to deliver out of these normal delivery hours, the Out of hours delivery charge is $28. For urgent orders, kindly contact drop us an email at contact@skinnyblooms.com with your mobile number and we will revert asap.

Redelivery/Wrong Address

In the event that there needs to be a re-delivery, an additional fee of $20 will be applied to your order. This also extends to wrongly given addresses by customer resulting in re-delivery to a different specified location.

Order Information

Important Notes

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. In the occasion that the receiver is unavailable, flowers will be placed at the door-step or left with reception. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item once it has left our hands.

What happens if I cancel my order?

Cancellation has to be made minimum 3 full days before the intended delivery date. To cancel a delivery, please contact us via email to shop@skinnyblooms.com and we will process the appropriate refund for you. Refund will be in terms of store credit for future orders.

Floral Creations

As with all florals, the flowers shown are seasonal. Filler flowers are subject to change based on availability. Please note that all creations have their own unique characteristics as all florals flow differently. It’s impossible the re-create two creations that are identically alike. Rest assured that your creation is definitely uniquely yours. We will still keep in mind your selected theme and create accordingly.

Aftercare

How can I make my blooms last longer?

Should you wish to extend the life of your fresh blooms, simply remove the wrap and place them in a vase of fresh water daily. Trim stems daily at an angle so they can absorb water better.

How do I preserve my bouquet?

Once the fresh blooms start wilting, remove all water from vase and hang it downwards. Leave it for 2-3 months so it becomes fully preserved before placing it in a vase for display. Alternatively, you may also dry your fresh bouquet but just letting them dry out naturally in the bouquet wrap.
